Due to the nature of our digital products, we have a strict no refund policy. Once a digital product has been delivered to the consumer, it is not possible for us to revoke access to the digital goods. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Currently, there is no requirement to create an account to make purchases. However, this may change in the future, and we will update these terms accordingly.

6. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Tonal Orbit, including room tones, ambiance, and SFX, is protected by copyright law. Use of our content is governed by our End User License Agreement (EULA) and Music Use License Agreement (MULA).
7. Prohibited Activities
You must not do, or permit others to do, any of the following: (a) Copy or modify our content, except as expressly permitted in these Terms; (b) Remove or modify Tonal Orbit’s copyright notices, trademark, logo, legend, or other notice of ownership from any originals or copies of our content; (c) Attempt to view, read, modify, reverse compile, reverse assemble, disassemble, or print the source code or object code of our content; (d) Reverse engineer, modify, or copy the look and feel, functionality, or user interface of any portion of our content; (e) Rent, lease, distribute, provide, or otherwise make available our content to any third party; (f) Use our content to process the data of third parties; (g) Use, install, or make available our content through a wide area network, including but not limited to websites, intranets, or Application Service Providers (ASP); (h) Use our content to infringe on any person’s copyright; (i) Violate or attempt to violate the security of our networks or servers; (j) Access data not intended for you or log into a server or account you are not authorized to access; (k) Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization; (l) Attempt to interfere with service to any user, host, or network, including by means of submitting a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail bombing, or crashing.
8. Infringement Claims
If a third party claims that our content infringes its patent, copyright, or trade secret, or any similar intellectual property right, Tonal Orbit will defend you against that claim at our expense and pay all damages that a court finally awards, provided that you promptly notify us in writing of the claim and allow us to control and cooperate in the defense or any related settlement negotiations. If such a claim is made or appears possible, you agree to permit us to modify our content to avoid such claims. If this alternative is not reasonably available, you agree to uninstall or return the content at our request. This paragraph states our entire obligation to you with respect to any claim of infringement.
